Please note that if you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate at least 3 working days prior to the workshop. A refund less SGD$300 administration charge will be made for cancellation received in writing at least 7 days before the commencement date. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received after the 7 days period. A complete set of course materials will however be sent to you.
