By registering with TMS Academy, the participant is agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

The participant is giving consent to TMS Academy to make any enquiries necessary to verify the information disclosed in this application.

The participant agrees to pay the course fees for the Course by the payment method he/she has selected under the Registration Form^ Upon receipt of the course fees as determined in the Course enrolment agreement, TMS Academy agrees to:
- Assess and provide feedback on submitted assessment tasks.
- Provide certification upon successful completion.

Once commenced, all course fees are non-transferable
- The participant will receive a tax invoice once his/her course enrolment has been processed and payment approved.
- TMS Academy will not issue a Certificate/Statement of Attainment until all course fees are paid in full.
- To enrol for any class, participants must be above 18 years of age.
- The person who completes the Course Enrolment agreement is warranting that he/she is the person undertaking the respective course.
TMS ACADEMY REFUND POLICY AND GUIDELINES
- Should TMS Academy cancel a course for any reason, participants enrolled at the time TMS Academy announces the cancellation will be entitled to a full refund, and this will incur no administrative charges or penalties.
- If a participant withdraws from a course, a refund less $300 administration charge will be made for cancellation received in writing at least 7 days before the commencement date.
- In the case of a participant who wishes to withdraw from a Course or programme due to illness, extreme hardship or unforeseen circumstances, TMS Academy may, at its discretion, allow a refund of the fees. The following conditions apply:
- The person concerned must produce satisfactory written evidence of the circumstances of his/her withdrawal, such as medical certificates;
- A refund less $300 administration charge will be made for cancellation.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
- TMS Academy will keep any information (including account details and direct debit request) confidential. TMS Academy will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information secure and ensure that any of its employees or agents who have access to such information do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
- TMS Academy will only disclose such information:
- To the extent specifically required by law; or
- For the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
- Information provided by participant is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.
